I've been in the food industry since I was 15 years old, so you could say I really enjoy it. I further pursued my passion in culinary school, and it really clicked. But my favorite part about all of it is cooking for other people.
The reactions, the conversations, the questions, and the intimate approach to cooking is what I live for every day! And that is truly what sets Plated Love apart from the others. I don't make the food ahead of time, and simply drop it off to you.
As a personal chef, I come to your home, or vacation rental, and cook for you. I'll get your groceries, come to your place, and prepare everything with you, and for you. You could say that your dinner becomes a 'Chef's Table.' Working in restaurants and private clubs for the past few years, I really miss connecting with the clients. And that is why I started this business!
This is a boutique service that is all about convenience and quality. Picture this: you and your family come down to the coast for a vacation. As a group, lets say there’s over 10 of you and you all want to go out to eat at one of our amazing local restaurants. You try one—there’s a 2 hour wait for a party your size. You try the next one, it’s at least an hour wait. You spent all the time wrangling everyone together, getting ready, showered, loaded up in the cars to find that you can’t eat for a few hours. That is not how you should spend your well deserved vacation! That’s where I come in! I bring the restaurant quality food to your vacation rental, or home, while y’all relax and just hang out. There’s no wrangling—there’s no traveling—there’s no trips back and forth to the store—there’s me with everything handled for your meal. And we’ll create it to cater specifically to your needs, not the public’s.
Whether it's a cocktail party, family dinner, or just heavy hors d'oeuvres, I am up for it! There is no set menu, as I want to be able to cook what ever you desire. Whether you're thinking tacos, pasta bakes, French cuisine--I'm up for it! We can get together and create a unique menu for your event.
